Today, on 27 July 2018, Slovakia launched the national portal with legal offer websites called „agorateka Slovakia”. Portal is now available to public, which means that users can search between websites offering various kinds of legal digital online content, including films, music, TV programmes, sport events, e-books etc. The choice is wide - until now, the portal consists of 17 legal offer sites and will be regularly updated.

The portal agorateka Slovakia was created on the basis of initiative coming from Ministry of Culture of the Slovak Republic and with the technical assistance and support from EUIPO agorateka team.

Agorateka Slovakia is now part of agorateka project by EUIPO. Slovakia joined the roster of another 16 European countries already participating in agorateka.
